Story Elements
Bibi has been questing for the obsidian stone, hoping that it will allow her to control her affliction. She has been constantly on the move for the past two years since she left her tribe (you can alter that duration if you want) because inevitably, when she stays too long anywhere, strange deaths begin to occur. She has told no one about this, and has remained isolated from everyone she meets fearing to bring them harm.

Two months ago a vision of your animal totem (pick whatever animal you want) came to you and pointed you the way to finding the obsidian stone. Your totem told you that there was another one like you far away who shared your sickness, and she too sought the stone, as she was counseled to do by her shamans. You were told that one of her servants had in fact found the stone already, and was en route to her with it, and was passing north through the High Pass Fort, one of the last human outposts before the great wild lands of the cold north. At the fort (a small walled city) she watched and waited and finally encountered a traveler dressed in a dark cloak, and got the sensation this was the servant she was looking for. She watched him as he arrived only to reprovision and prepare to make out again quickly, hiding himself from all in his deep hood and gloves.

That night, she waited for him to depart, but he did not do so until very late. To Bibi's surprise, the traveler somehow killed the guards in the gate towers, perhaps by magic. He then opened the gates and fled into the wilderness outside. Bibi started to follow, then saw that there were many huge humanoid creatures, giant men over ten feet tall, waiting outside. They attacked the fort, capturing Bibi (along with many other slaves, including Bronk Beareye, whom Bibi saw slay at least five giants before he was captured) and taking her back to the steading. The dark servant travelled with the giants to the steading. There she was made a slave, made to dig latrines and other harsh work, while every day someone from the slave lot was taken and butchered by the giants for Nosra's dinner.

After about a week, Bibi made friends with an orc woman named Hack- gretch-ugga (or just Ugga). When Ugga learned Bibi had healing spells, she told Bibi about some orcs who lived beneath the steading, hiding in caverns connected to the steading basement. They escaped there one morning, and Bibi used her magic to heal their leader (one named Krulek). She has been living with the orcs since, for they cannot pass the guards to escape through the steading, and the caverns do not connect to outside anywhere.
